Ordering our Gift Cards

  1. You can purchase up to £1000 worth of vouchers in a single transaction online.
  2. If you have a query on an existing voucher order, or if you would like to order a voucher by telephone as a private customer, please call 0800 16 999 17 (ext 1).
  3. We accept the following payment methods:
    • Mastercard credit & debit cards
    • Visa credit & debit cards
  4. Your order and payment will be processed on the same day and despatched by email within 24 hours.
  5. You will be able to specify a personal message for your e-voucher only, not vouchers for collection in store.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our voucher can be redeemed in the showroom or at a customer’s home as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply).
  2. Protect your voucher and treat it as cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced.
  3. The voucher will expire within 6 months of the purchased voucher being issued.
  4. The voucher must be used in full, and not divided into two or multiple transactions.
  5. If the value of the voucher is above the sale price of the product being purchased no refunds are given. However, we will endeavour to apply the outstanding amount to a future purchase providing it is within 6 months of the voucher purchase date.
  6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given, but any voucher may be applied to future purchases, if the voucher is within 6 months of the purchase date.
  7. The voucher cannot be used to discharge indebtedness in respect of an ongoing or previous contract.
  8. Direct Window Co withhold the right to refund or cancel any voucher it deems to be inappropriate with its terms & conditions.
  9. Any vouchers proven to be bought using elicit funds or card details that do not belong to the purchaser will be cancelled and the authorities notified.
