How will Direct Window CO use your information

The information you provide will enable us to contact you either by telephone or e-mail to tend to your enquiry in the most efficient manner. Either to book your home visit, or to collect more information from you to direct your enquiry to the relevant department.

Without your personal data we cannot provide you with a quotation, propose your finance application or register your installation in the correct manner. However, we can advise you about our products and services without your personal data.

Once you have placed an order with us, your personal data is vital for us to be able to complete your contract and associated registrations which are set out in our GDPR disclaimer found on our website.

The information used by us to provide you with a quotation will be held by us for a period of 12 months, this is a requirement to enable us to provide quotations, if you do not wish to share your data, Direct Window Co may not be able to provide you with a quotation.

Once an order is placed we are then contractually obliged to collect your personal data, this will only be used to provide essential documentation, and/or complete finance applications and will retained on files for the lifetime of the guarantees which does not exceed 10 years’.

Your data will only be used for the purposes set out in this policy. We do not share your details with third parties. However, we reserve the right to share your details in the event the company to merge or be taken over.
