This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic production assistant to help oversee a busy manufacturing process. You must have experience in manufacturing UPVC windows, doors and conservatories.
The candidate must possess good management skills and the ability to lead from the front. Past experience running a committed workforce is a necessity.
The main purpose of the role will be to lead, facilitate and pro-actively drive all UPVC manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring optimum levels of production are achieved.
- Improve site efficiencies to an optimum level.
- Driving improvements in a multi-skilled environment whilst achieving deadlines.
The ideal Manufacturing Assistant Manager will have a machining/ fabricating background and will have sound understanding of a factory environment, on top of strong leadership qualities.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings (when required).
Holidays: 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays.
